Who we are

This website is run by Dsouza Foods Limited, trading as Mac’s Deli, Unit 22, Theale Lakes Business Park, Moulden Way, Sulhamstead, Reading, England, RG7 4GB. If you have any questions about your information, email info@macsdeli.com.

Catering enquiries

When you send a catering enquiry we receive your name, email, company, phone number, the date you need, how many people, what you’re looking for, dietary requirements and any notes. We use them only to reply and to arrange your order.

Enquiries are stored securely with Cloudflare in the European Union and emailed to our inbox. We don’t sell or share them for marketing. We keep enquiries for 2 years, then delete them.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you’re a person, not a bot. It doesn’t use cookies for tracking.

Cookies

We only use cookies that are needed to run the site, plus analytics cookies if you allow them.

Cookie	Type	What it does	How long
md_consent	Necessary	Remembers your cookie choice	6 months
md_geo	Necessary	Remembers your country (from our hosting provider) so we know whether to ask about cookies	1 day
_ga, _ga_*	Analytics	Google Analytics: counts visits and shows us how the site is used	Up to 2 years

We don’t use marketing cookies at the moment. If we add any, they will stay off unless you allow them.

Your choices

In the UK, the EU, the EEA, Switzerland and Quebec, we ask before using analytics or marketing cookies. Everywhere else, analytics is on by default and you can turn it off.

You can change your choice any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Your choice is saved for 6 months, then we ask again.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a “no” to marketing cookies.

We use Google Consent Mode, so Google’s tags respect your choice. Any other tags only run if you allow marketing cookies.

Videos

Our videos are hosted on Vimeo with its “do not track” setting turned on, so Vimeo doesn’t set tracking cookies when they play.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@macsdeli.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
